Refund Policy - the basics

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for original artwork, digital music mixes, or downloadable content. Custom and commissioned pieces are also non-refundable.

If physical artwork or merchandise (e.g., vinyl, CDs, apparel) arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
